BatchBurn (nur für OS/2) ist eine Sammlung kleiner Batch-Programme zum Steuern der Freeware Kommandozeilen-CD-Brennersoftware "CDRECORD".
Mit BatchBurn lassen sich normale Daten auf CD spielen und seit Version 2.0 auch Musik-CDs erstellen. Bei Daten-CDs werden immer Multisession-CDs angelegt. Ich habe BatchBurn geschrieben, weil ich mir die Befehlssyntax von CDRECORD nicht merken konnte und ich sogar die Benutzung der selbst angelegten Batchdateien vergaß.
Neben einer Reihe von CMD-Dateien enthält das BatchBurn-Archiv auch noch DO.EXE, auf das die Batchdateien mehrfach zugreifen.

Nachdem Sie mit CDINIT die Schreibgeschwindigkeit, den Namen der Image-Datei und des Verzeichnisses angegeben haben, in das Sie künftig die zu brennenden Daten kopieren werden, tippen Sie ohne weitere Parameter
CDFIRST um eine Image-Datei für eine neue CD zu erzeugen
CDADD um eine Image-Datei für eine schon beschriebene CD zu erzeugen (die CD muß
dabei schon im Laufwerk sein)
CDREC um die CD letztendlich zu brennen.

Das Programm GOGO.EXE ist ein besonders schneller MP3-Konverter.
Mit Hilfe von Zusatzprogrammen werden mit dem Befehl "CDGOGO" die meines Erachtens
zwei Probleme des GOGO Konverters gelöst, nämlich die zu hohe Priorität sowie
die fehlende Eingabemöglichkeit von Jokerzeichen bei den zu konvertierenden Dateien.
